Amla है क्या?
Amla का botanical नाम Phyllanthus emblica (purana naam Emblica officinalis) है — English में Indian Gooseberry। यह एक छोटा, हरा, खट्टा fruit hai jo sardi ke mausam (Oct–Feb) mein market mein fresh milta hai।
Ayurveda mein Amla ko tridoshic mana jata hai — teeno doshas ko balance karta hai, khaaskar Pitta (heat, acidity, inflammation) ko shant karta hai। Saath hi yeh ek classic rasayana (rejuvenating tonic) hai — ageing, immunity, skin aur hair sab par traditional texts mein baar-baar aata hai।
